Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping. On every order, no minimum.

How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 10–14 days. We're a small business shipping worldwide, so occasionally it runs a few days longer — if it does, email us and we'll tell you exactly where your parcel is.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–2 working days of you placing it.

Where do you ship from?
We work with a small number of vetted suppliers and ship from whichever warehouse can get your order to you fastest. That's how we keep shipping free and prices reasonable.

Where do you ship to?
Everywhere, all year round.

What if it doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email hello@szymoney.co.uk and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no argument.

Do I pay customs or duty?
UK and EU orders: no extra charges. Outside the UK and EU, your local customs office may charge import duty, which is set by your country and outside our control.
